Refund policy

If there is a problem with your order:

  • Contact me within: 5 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase


The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
  • Opened products

Returns and exchange details
I sincerely hope that no one is dissatisfied with the items you ordered.

In the situation your order is damaged in shipping, I can refund your money back to you or I would be more than happy to replace the item for you. Simply send me a message IMMEDIATELY after receiving your package.

I can not accept returns or refunds for you or your gift recipient not liking the scent, color, or style of a product. There are scent descriptions for every product, so please read them carefully and shop accordingly. So for example, don't buy a Chocolate Brownie Sugar Scrub when you aren't the fondest of sweet food scents.

No refunds on the mystery boxes. By purchasing that item, you are claiming to understand that the products you are getting are by my choice and there is a chance you may not love them - but usually, my customers do!

You have 24 hours to cancel your order if you choose to do so. After the item is shipped, I cannot take any products back for sanitary reasons, but if they are damaged in the shipping process, see the above paragraph for the correct procedure.
