How did you get started with your business?

By accident - as all great small businesses start!

In short, i made DIY spa gifts for some family for Christmas one year. They loved it and asked for more. Then their friends wanted some, and their friends, and their friends and now I'm on my third location, have employees, and support myself with my creativity.

I have sensitive skin. Can I use your products?

We have lots of customers with sensitive skin, eczema and other skin issues and they are able to enjoy our products. Our ingredients are gentle (mostly even food grade level!), paraben free, harsh chemical free and made in appropriate ratios as to not be irritating.

Of course, everyone is different, but we've been in business almost a decade and pride ourselves in how many of our customers swear by our products when they can't use any others!

Wholesale Questions

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes, we do! If you would like more information about carrying Yours Truly Bath Co products in your boutique, store, bulk gifts, etc please email us at info@yourstrulybathco.com or ordering online through Faire by clicking here.

Do you offer private labeling?

Yes! We offer both white label and private label on our products.

Do you want to be a vendor at my event?

We're always open to checking out new events! We're a busy bunch of gals though and normally participate in 2-4 events every single weekend. Our schedule gets booked out about a year in advance, so if you reach out to use about being a vendor a month before, we probably won't be able to attend.

Can Yours Truly donate to my organization/raffle/fundraiser?

At Yours Truly, we're very selective with who we provide free product to and only work with a few, select organizations each year.

You're more than welcome to email us or fill out the contact form to provide information on your cause.

We also offer fundraising if you're interested in raising money for your organization with us as a team! Head over to the fundraising section with a link at the bottom of this page in the footer.

How can I shop from you?

You can shop various ways. You can order items online here on my website, shop in-store in Valparaiso, IN or you can find us at local vendor shows all over Indiana, Michigan, and Illinois! Check out "Events" tabs for where we'll be scheduled next.

I live in Northwest Indiana. Can I come pick up my order?

Yes! When you finalize your purchase, there will be an option for shipping or "local pickup". Select local pick up to remove the shipping cost and we will let you know when your order is ready! All orders are made, processed and available for pickup a our workshop location: 1556 W Lincolnway Unit 3, Valparaiso, IN 46385

Are you in any stores near me?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes!

How long do orders take to ship?

Our typical lead time is 1-7 business days. Sometimes we can get your order out the same day, but it typically takes us 2-4 business days on average.
